a flexible lifestyle and the security of home care when needed.
How is The Woodlands designed?

were held with people on the Harvest Hill priority list . The apartments
are designed to be spacious, private, and virtually soundproof.
What are the apartment
choices?
Apartments range from 790 to 2,180 square feet with the majority of
the apartments being 1,090 square feet. Most apartments have one full
bath and one half bath. Some have two full baths. All apartments are
furnished with washer/dryer, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave.

own apartments?

Is there any medical condition
that can make me ineligible for residency?

a personal interview as well as a full physical from their physician.
All residents will need to be independent upon moving into The Woodlands
at Harvest Hill.
When is home care available?
Our nurse is available to assess needs as they arise. Home care is available
in the apartments when needed and residents are charged for this on
a private basis.
Suppose I need extra care
and do not want to pay for private care?
Residents have first refusal to Harvest Hill as well as first refusal
to our Care Unit at Harvest Hill. When a resident moves into Harvest
Hill on a permanent basis, they are able to give up their apartment
at The Woodlands, and the difference between the cost of the apartments
is returned to them.
Can I maintain my unit
if I am hospitalized or need to be in the Care Unit for a temporary
setback?
As long as the monthly rent is paid one can maintain their unit at The
Woodlands.
