What is The Woodlands at Harvest Hill?
The Woodlands at Harvest Hill is an independent living retirement community that provides
a flexible lifestyle and the security of home care when needed.

How is The Woodlands designed?
The architectural firm UK Architects designed this state-of-the-art residential community based on their findings from focus groups that were held with people on the Harvest Hill priority list . The apartments are designed to be spacious, private, and virtually soundproof.

What are the apartment choices?
Apartments range from 790 to 2,180 square feet with the majority of the apartments being 1,090 square feet. Most apartments have one full bath and one half bath. Some have two full baths. All apartments are furnished with washer/dryer, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave.

Do residents furnish their own apartments?
The apartments are fully carpeted and tiled. Upgrades are available. This is your home and how you furnish and decorate it is entirely up to you.

May I keep my car?
One underground parking space is available for each apartment. Outside parking spaces are available for other vehicles.

Is there any medical condition that can make me ineligible for residency?
All residents moving into The Woodlands at Harvest Hill need to have a personal interview as well as a full physical from their physician. All residents will need to be independent upon moving into The Woodlands at Harvest Hill.

When is home care available?
Our nurse is available to assess needs as they arise. Home care is available in the apartments when needed and residents are charged for this on a private basis.

Suppose I need extra care and do not want to pay for private care?
Residents have first refusal to Harvest Hill as well as first refusal to our Care Unit at Harvest Hill. When a resident moves into Harvest Hill on a permanent basis, they are able to give up their apartment at The Woodlands, and the difference between the cost of the apartments is returned to them.

Can I maintain my unit if I am hospitalized or need to be in the Care Unit for a temporary setback?
As long as the monthly rent is paid one can maintain their unit at The Woodlands.
